UX Designer
Position Overview
The UX Designer is responsible for leading the end‑to‑end design of complex digital products in healthcare and enterprise environments, combining advanced human‑computer interaction, AI‑driven workflows, and systems thinking to deliver scalable, accessible experiences across web and mobile platforms.
Core duties
During employment, the UX Designer will:
- End-to-end design process for digital products, from initial discovery and user research through prototyping, usability testing, and final implementation.
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders, to ensure alignment between user needs and business objectives.
- Advocating for user-centered design principles, ensuring every feature and workflow is intuitive, accessible, and delivers real value to end users.

Minimum Education requirements

- Experience designing AI/ML‑enabled experiences and conversational interfaces, including generative AI content flows and assistants.
- Strong grounding in user‑centered design methods, ethnographic research, task analysis (GOMS, HTA, CTA), and usability testing.
- Experience creating and scaling design systems for multi‑surface products (web, mobile, internal tools).

Position Overview
The Computer Programmer is responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing enterprise applications using .NET Core, C#, Angular, and MSSQL. Position Overview
The Backup Administrator manages enterprise backup and recovery systems across on-premises and cloud environments, performing backups, restores, and troubleshooting for file systems, databases, and virtual machines. The role ensures data protection, monitors backup success, remediates vulnerabilities, and coordinates with vendors while handling ITSM tickets to maintain reliable and secure operations.
Core duties
During employment, the Backup Administrator will:
- Administration of EMC Networker, Avamar, Data Domain, Druva, Net Backup, DPA
- Configuring backups for file systems (Windows, Linux, AIX, HP-Unix). Working on Database modules: MS-SQL, Oracle, using NMM and NMDA.
- Net Backup: Configuration of Backups, Volume Pools, Storage Units & Policies as per the requirement.
- Having good knowledge in File level restores, VM level
- Avamar: Configuration of Image Backups, FS Backups, and replication setup.
- Druva: Configuration of Image Backups, FS Backups, SQL DB, AWS EC2 and RDS Backups.
- Data Domain: Configuring Mtree, CIFS/NFS Shares and Replication.
Troubleshooting on Backup issues and resolving it with in SLA
