UX Designer
Position Overview

The UX Designer  is responsible for leading the end‑to‑end design of complex digital products in healthcare and enterprise environments, combining advanced human‑computer interaction, AI‑driven workflows, and systems thinking to deliver scalable, accessible experiences across web and mobile platforms.​​

Core duties

During employment, the UX Designer will:

  1. End-to-end design process for digital products, from initial discovery and user research through prototyping, usability testing, and final implementation.
  2. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders, to ensure alignment between user needs and business objectives.
  3. Advocating for user-centered design principles, ensuring every feature and workflow is intuitive, accessible, and delivers real value to end users.
  4. Defining and maintaining scalable design systems, establishing visual and interaction guidelines that promote consistency across web and mobile platforms.
  5. Driving innovation by integrating emerging technologies, such as AI and conversational interfaces, into product experiences to solve complex problems and enhance user engagement.
  6. Conducting user research and field studies, studying human behaviors in real time, collecting insights, and deriving user requirements from their interactions with user interfaces and environments.
  7. Facilitating design workshops and sprints, guiding teams through ideation, prioritization, and rapid prototyping to accelerate product development.
  8. Ensuring all digital experiences meet accessibility standards, proactively designing inclusive solutions for diverse user groups.
  9. Measuring the impact of design decisions, using qualitative and quantitative data to iterate on solutions and demonstrate business value.
Minimum Education requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or a closely related field, or foreign equivalent.​​
Core skill set (to reflect your profile):
  • Advanced proficiency with Figma for systems‑level design, prototyping, and component libraries.​​
  • Experience designing AI/ML‑enabled experiences and conversational interfaces, including generative AI content flows and assistants.​​
  • Strong grounding in user‑centered design methods, ethnographic research, task analysis (GOMS, HTA, CTA), and usability testing.​​
  • Experience creating and scaling design systems for multi‑surface products (web, mobile, internal tools).​​
  • Working knowledge of front‑end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, modern frameworks such as React/Vue) is sufficient to collaborate deeply with engineering and understand implementation constraints.​​
  • Demonstrated application of WCAG accessibility standards in production products.​​
